Module 3 – Managing Tour Operations

An investigation of outbound and inbound tour operations follows in Module 3, which guides candidates through a series of core elements and strategies for effective and efficient operations management.  Along with developing and maintaining strong supplier/vendor relations, candidates also explore the basics of marketing management.

Module 4 – Marketing Management

Module 5 – Human Resource Management

Module 6 – Transport Management
